7000 series thin-walled bearings

Thin walled deep groove ball bearings and deep groove sleeve bearings are commonly used rolling bearings. Thin walled deep groove ball bearings are composed of inner and outer rings, steel balls, cages, lubricating grease, and seals, mainly carrying radial torque. The structure of thin-walled deep groove ball bearings is divided into two types: open bearing, with dust cover, sealing ring or stop ring. There are various types of modified bearings. Open type refers to bearings without sealing structure. Sealed thin-walled deep groove ball bearings are divided into dust seal and oil seal. The dust seal cover material is stamped steel plate, which only plays a simple role in preventing dust from entering the bearing raceway. The oil proof type is a contact type oil seal, which can effectively prevent the lubricating grease inside the bearing from overflowing.
